A whole building, fitted out as one.
More than seventy units were furnished and styled to one standard, so every apartment was booking-ready at the same time. Charcoal feature walls, pale oak floors and black detailing give the building a quiet, recognisable signature.
Alongside the units sits a three-bedroom luxury cottage. Pressed ceilings, original pine floors and a mezzanine are kept, then softened with terrazzo, oak and deep green.
